With a listening ear, you can rest assured that I care and will help you with Anxiety, Parenting, or Eating Disorders. I know I can't help everyone, nor help every issue. If that is the case, I will refer you to other colleagues. But, I will applaud your efforts, and encourage you to take a few new risks. With over 13 years experience, I can work with you to reach your goals. If you can try some new things, I can help you.

Christian Counseling is available upon request. I accept Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Assurant Health, Cigna, Great West, Magellan, PHCS, and MultiPlan. Self-pay is also available at a discount. I have offices in Long Grove, Gurnee and Cary, IL. Email, chat, and telephone counseling is also available. I can't do everything, but I can point you in the right direction.
