My Approach to Helping

My goal is to help you reach your full potential. Oftentimes we feel stuck in our lives, not sure where to turn next. You have the power within yourself to make changes; it is my job to help you realize that power and facilitate those changes. My goal is to have your therapy experience be as successful as possible. My office is professional yet laid-back and comfortable. I am skilled at a variety of therapy approaches, and consider myself a Humanistic therapist. I tailor each session to fit each person's needs, as everyone is individual and unique. I am warm, empathic and supportive, and believe that our work together is collaborative.
