Are you tired of feeling stuck, confused or unable to advance in your career and/or relationships? These feelings often indicate that therapy may be helpful to you. Finding the right therapist may take time and patience, but is crucial in building a trusting relationship. In turn, it is the safety in this relationship that helps you to gain confidence to grow, make the changes you want, and feel content and happy with yourself and in your relationships. The goal of therapy is to help you gain independence and decision making power over yourself and your behavior.
My style and technique are unique and customized to fit each individual. We will spend time looking both at the past and present in order to bring deeper insight into your behavioral patterns and way of being. Together we will find a pace within your comfort level, one that emphasizes your strengths.I will assist you in clarifying your thoughts and feelings and provide you with helpful tools and feedback, but you will make your own choices.
Please feel free to call or email me with any questions about my practice or general therapy questions. I will be happy to discuss them over the phone or email, or to set up an in-person consultation. I have both daytime and evening appointments and will work with your busy schedule.
