My Approach to Helping

I understand counseling isn't everyone's favorite place to be. My approach allows you to be more comfortable working with me. I offer a strength-based, family oriented approach with your goals in mind. If you make the choice to call me, you're already one step towards improvement. I want to make sure you can get you the tools and solutions you need. I am here for you and your family. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). It is a very effective method that has been extensively proven for the treatment of trauma. It also helps with many other problems like daily anxieties, panic attacks, disturbing memories, stress reduction and much more. My background is unique: it is an integration of business and psychology. This allows me to connect with my clients in a positive and collaborative way. I value the importance of all aspects of life.
