My Approach to Helping

I care deeply about my clients and put my heart into collaboratively helping clients find solutions to their challenges. I believe therapy should be a safe place in which forming a therapeutic relationship is the key to change. My clients are the experts in their lives and possess the strengths are resources to solve their problems. As the therapist, I am there to help guide them and listen in an unbiased manner. I specialize in brief therapy, which allows clients to work on their problems and gain the tools to solve future problems without having to rely on therapy for long periods of time.
