Focalizing

Focalizing was Developed by: Michael Picucci

Overview of Focalizing: Focalizing helps a person recognize their blind spots that keep them from attaining their goals and aspirations. This extremely effective technique can be applied to individuals or groups and provides insight into people's habitual thoughts and allows people to recognize their own inner wisdom. Through this process, people are able to move past their conscious thoughts and tap into their unconscious wisdom. Many people who feel stuck in a certain state of consciousness or are unable to move past certain events find Focalizing to be a powerful tool to provide forward momentum.

By using Focalizing, one can better handle overwhelming circumstances by developing the ability to set aside their conscious thinking and delve into the unending source that is change. This technique provides people with the skills necessary to create and mold their newly discovered wisdom and to incorporate it into their everyday existence. Very often, Focalizing is conducted in groups of two or more and results in a collective release of energy that forms both emotional and cognitive transformation. In order to move in the direction of healing, the body must remove blockages through the use of energetic dissipation. These emotional blocks are often formed as a result of a traumatic experience and prevent us from achieving our aspirations.

Focalizing combines the use of psychology and energy to fabricate a healing effect. A person who practices Focalizing becomes empowered with their own innate healing abilities and activates the energetic process to clear pathways to enlightenment and realization of dreams. When a person is able to be in a present state of peace, regardless of life’s circumstances, and still acknowledge and welcome their needs and desires through expression, the goal of Focalizing is realized.
