My Approach to Helping
Finding a therapist who's a good fit for you is the first and most important step. I feel it's important to be real with clients, to really listen, to always be supportive, and to give honest feedback. The bond you form with your therapist becomes the foundation of your work and your growth. Within that safe, supportive environment we can begin to understand the issues at hand, where they came from and most importantly, how to move beyond them. You'll discover new ways of thinking about yourself, people, and issues, and you'll find your mental clarity, emotional balance, and personal power increasing.

I'm afraid I don't take any kind of insurance, though you can pay by check, cash, or credit card. I am also able to provide you with a billing statement or "superbill" which you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
