In my 18 years of experience, I have come to realize that for many people the idea of trusting someone with their personal struggles and life issues can be very scary. It is my job to create a place for you to feel safe and to learn to trust me as a professional partner in your healing and growth. I see you as a person on a life journey toward meaning and happiness, not as a problem list. This work is a privilege for me. I will encourage and challenge you to discover your own truths in an accepting environment. You choose therapy because you want some things in your life to change. Life can be a wonderful adventure! Sometimes you just need to sort through issues with a trusted therapist who will not judge you, but will be with you in a warm and understanding environment.
