My Approach to Helping

I am very passionate about my work as a therapist. After having our own family crisis, I discovered the benefit and healing that took place through the use of professional therapy. It is important to me to connect with my clients on a level that builds trust and gives them the support and empathy they need to go through the healing process. I have been married 28 years and have two grown children. I beleive that marriage and raising children. along with life experience has made me a stronger person and a more empathetic therapist. I work with: Individuals, Couples, and Teens. I do alot of Christian/Spiritual Counseling. I also work with Military Members and their Families, Chronic Pain sufferers, Trauma Victims (I am trained in EMDR), Grief Recovery for Pet Lovers and many other areas of Mental Health. I feel very strongly that therapy should be available to everyone. My affordable rates reflect that. Many of you may not have insurance or your co-pays and deductibles are very high.
