Although you might be feeling hopeless and discouraged right now, the way through begins right where you are. As you acknowledge the way things are, healing can begin. When you stay close to yourself, and listen to the messages of your body and mind, you are surprised by the life, joy, and peace that are waiting to emerge from the heart of your suffering.

My specialty is body-centered psychotherapy and marriage counseling. I am also a Certified Focusing trainer (www.focusing.org) and Voice Dialogue facilitator (www.delos-inc.com). My passion is to support your holistic knowing: in your body, mind and spirit. I believe that it is only in a gentle, accepting, warm and sometimes challenging environment, that we can step out of our stuck self-concepts and discover the alive sense of well-being we were born to enjoy.

Individual Fee: $90/hr
Couple Fee: $135/1.5 hrs.

I give you a statement to submit to your insurance.

I offer Focusing classes on a regular basis.

I have been in private practice for 17 years.
