My Approach to Helping

Helping women find relief from emotional distress..." Life can be demanding. Difficult issues arising from relationships, loss and a lack of self-esteem can present challenging obstacles for anyone. Often, we feel tired, worn out and ultimately question what life is all about. Do you ever feel like you're never quite good enough or just don't measure up? Are you at a place where you need support? Do you feel lost trying to navigate your way through life? If you answered yes to any of these questions, please know that there is a way to turn things around. Having worked in a corporate environment and struggled through many of life's situations, I have personal experience that can help you. I specialize in women's issues, relationship issues as well as anxiety or fears. I will incorporate Christian principles if so desired.
