The purpose of psychotherapy is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental, supportive and therapeutic environment for individuals seeking life care. Individuals may have life changing experiences facilitated through the use of theoretical frames, evidenced based practice, skills, expertise, and creativity tailored specifically to address and/or meet one's need. While each person's story is unique, all have a common thread of wanting a better quality of life.

I Specialize in working with Teens with substance abuse/use issues, developmental issues, parenting issues. I provide evidenced based prevention and intervention programs and services to address these concerns. Additionally I offer faith based programs including but not limited to Spiritual Enrichment, Relationships and Life Management, and Goal attainment just to name a few. Please be advised that your teen does not have to have an issue with alcohol or substance use to enroll. Currently, we are accepting enrollment for new participants for our Winter 2011-2012 classes.
