My goal is to help you along the journey of moving beyond limiting beliefs, out of the stuck places, and toward a greater sense of contentment. We will collaborate to determine the approach most helpful to you. In addition to depth-oriented talk therapy, this may include experiential methods such as the Hakomi method or EMDR.

Some of my areas of expertise are perfectionism, self-doubt, relationship shame, and addressing the impact of trauma on the nervous system. I have had post-graduate training at The Hakomi Institute and at The Psychotherapy Institute in Berkeley. My work is also influenced by my practice of vipassana (insight) meditation
