My Approach to Helping
Change and growth occur most effectively within a safe and nurturing relationship, which I work to build with each individual I see in my practice. I work with children, adolescents, and adults. And while the work I do with a child is certainly different from the work I do with an adult, the underlying goal is the same: identifying strengths and finding ways to obtain happiness and greater life satisfaction. I believe that individuals come to therapy with a myriad of tools waiting to be uncovered. You and I will work together to uncover these tools and use them to promote growth and healing in your life.
