My Approach to Helping
So often, we have a longing for change in our lives, but we're just not sure where to start. Psychotherapy can serve as a tool to help unravel and change frustrating patterns of behavior and move toward living a more satisfying, balanced life.
By working with your existing strengths and adaptations, we can explore connections between early experiences, important relationships, and the here-and-now.
