In my practice, I work with individuals with concerns such as anxiety, trauma, depression, stress and family, relationship, and parenting issues. My open, authentic and relaxed style that helps people feel supported and at ease in sessions.
I believe the purpose of psychotherapy is to build a new, present-focused relationship for exploring thoughts, feelings and memories in a safe, collaborative space that facilitates challenge, empathy, and change. It is a challenging and rewarding process, for both therapist and client.
