My Approach to Helping
I believe each of us has the tools needed to make change in our lives. I partner with clients to help them recognize their strengths and assist them in learning new skills in order to help them realize their goals. I provide supportive services in a nonjudgmental, caring environment as my mission is to help individuals, couples, and families make their experience in step a successful one. Although I specialize in stepfamily work, I also have clients with concerns unrelated to stepfamilies. These include other relationship concerns (ie. domestic violence); divorce; womens issues; self-esteem issues; life transitions; GLBT issues; stress and anger management; and personal growth.
My commitment to each of my clients is to work with them in finding solutions that will work in their own lives. I believe therapy is a gift we can give ourselves and I would be honored to accompany you on this journey. I invite you to visit my website to learn more about my therapeutic approach and my professional practice.
