My Approach to Helping
The hardest part of therapy is getting to the first session, but once you take that step you will be happy you did. I specialize in empowering those who have tried to change but seem to be treading water or going backwards and don't understand why. You will experience a safe, compassionate, understanding environment to help you understand and accept yourself and to move in the direction you choose.
I have a sliding scale and accept credit cards and PPO insurance plans.
