My Approach to Helping
I am a depth psychotherapist, integrating classical Jungian dreamwork and contemporary psychodynamic approaches. I believe, along with Jung, that the therapeutic relationship is the healing factor. I have a specific interest in the integration of spirituality in psychotherapy, respecting a variety of approaches to life's ultimate concerns. I work with adult survivors of childhood abuse and neglect, and with people struggling with depression and anxiety regarding their relationships or a lack of meaning in their lives.
