Creating a secure attachment environment is the best context for growth. Through facilitating mindfulness of body, emotions, thoughts, people begin to develop skills for emotional regulation. When mindfulness and emotional regulation skills are in place, I use EMDR or DNMS to process any stuck mind states, installing any positive new learning.
