My Approach to Helping

I believe that everyone on earth is interconnected, thus by helping each other, we are helping ourselves. Because you are seeking mental health services does not necessarily mean anything is wrong with you. It means you are seeking out direction and guidance, which is an honorable trait. I have worked with families for over 25 years which has built my knowledge base in this area to a higher level than most people. I enjoy sharing this information with others that seek help or enlightenment. In therapy, I work with you as a team. We work together to discover what it is you need and want, and then to find the direction to take to get your needs met.
