My Approach to Helping

Psychotherapy is a very powerful tool to help you relieve stress, feel less anxious or depressed, to resolve problems in your relationships, at work, and to deepen your overall understanding of yourself. Life can simply work better at times with some help. A psychodynamic approach to therapy helps to deepen the understanding people develop about their lives in an overall way and it helps with lasting resolution of life's difficulties. My philosophy and approach are to work with you in an interactive, caring, intelligent problem solving way, most often using a psychodynamic approach.
