My Approach to Helping

Psychotherapy is a very powerful tool to help define oneself, relieve stress, resolve problems in relationships, at work, and within the self. A psychodynamic approach to psychotherapy can deepen the understanding people develop about their lives. My philosophy and approach are to work with you in an interactive, caring, intelligent problem solving way. I think it's helpful and important for most people to have a space to explore their feelings in a therapeutic context.
