More Info About My Practice

I subscribe to the philosophy that we generate symptoms in relationships (from fighting and withdrawing to drinking, overeating, domestic violence, etc.) because we cannot get our points across to our partners. That is what a fight is, after all, not being able to get your point across! This "loss of voice" in our relationships is the root of most of our problems. So while you may be struggling with depression, anger, anxiety, or another symptom, I strongly believe that you are most likely also struggling with the connection you have with important people in your life (or a lack of connection) and that is what I focus on.
