I use an active collaborative approach to help you harness your inner strengths and resources, deal with challenges, and create positive change in your life.
If you are experiencing relationship concerns, loss or grief, family issues, sexual orientation questions, gender identity challenges, or navigation of life changes and transitions, I will help you focus on positive solutions to confront issues, develop plans for coping, and resolve problems. Together, we will focus on removing barriers to achieving your goals.
