My Approach to Helping

My approach to therapy is using my skills to help people develop inner resilience, and the self confidence to direct their own lives. It is my belief that each person has the ability to move beyond emotional pain and find solutions to their problems.

Transitions begin with endings. Frequently, one ending may trigger unresolved emotions from previous endings. For example, seperation from your spouse may trigger painful emotions experienced during childhood when your parents seperated. Therefore, you are faced with a past traumatic experience, which intensifies your present experiences. Pain and suffering has touched my personal as well as professional life. It is my hope that you provide yourself the opportunity for healing.
