For a person to live a satisfying life, he or she must develop emotional strength and the ability to love. The strength needed is to stand for oneself and to be true to oneself. A individual needs to love deeply him or herself, others and life, in order to have fulfilling relationships and life satisfaction. The treatment I offer individuals and couples is focused on guiding my patients to achieve these goals through working on the way he or she relates to the self and others.
