For a person to live a satisfying life, he or she must develop emotional strength and the ability to love. The strength needed is to stand for oneself and to be true to oneself. The love a person needs is to love deeply him or herself, others and life. My treatment of individuals and couples is focused on guiding my patients to achieve these goals in the way he or she relates to himself and others.

I specialize in treatment of love relationships and issues of sexuality. Whether it is in love or in sex, we must love ourselves and rid ourselves of shame and negativity. It has been my professional experience that most of our ills arise from a poor relationship with ourselves.
