My Approach to Helping
My approach and philosophy to helping people is to focus on what is right with them, not what is wrong with them. I give a positive diagnosis, assessing strengths and aptitudes, and attributes which builds self-esteem. I use holistic methods to decrease anxiety, depression and other self-destructive behaviors. I use a natural approach to healing from trauma, abuse, anxiety or depression and have helped many people recover and find out how resilient and empowered they really are. I help clients to change their thinking and mindset so they can start healing and attracting the life they want to live. I use a combination of counseling to help heal and clear the unconscious blocks and obstacles to growth, and a coaching approach to help my clients envision and manifest their goals and ultimate dream life.
