My Approach to Helping
I truly believe that the single most healing aspect of therapy is the therapeutic relationship. Therapy is about you and we will work together to develop a relationship that is specific to your needs and directed towards meeting your goals. Whether you need someone who can just listen or you prefer a more interactive approach, I am here to help you meet your goals and become the person you want to be. My philosophy applies to your child as well. I work hard to provide a unique therapeutic environment where your child can feel safe and motivated to work on their goals. Please feel free to contact me through my website or by phone if you would like more information on this. I would love to hear from you!

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

What I love most about being a therapist is my clients. I am constantly amazed by the courage behind the people who come to see me. So many people in life hide from their problems and continue living day to day being unhappy or burdened by something. I am always humbled to know that my clients have taken the next step towards being happy and whole, and that they have chosen to take it with me. I consider this an honor and take it very seriously. It is truly exciting to me to meet my clients for the first time, and every session after. I learn something from every client that comes into my office and I keep that with me year after year.
