As a Los Angeles men's therapist with more than 20 years of experience, I help men, individuals, and couples work through life's challenges, strengthen relationships, and develop greater confidence, connection, and emotional well-being. Whether you're seeking men's therapy in Los Angeles, individual counseling, or couples therapy, my goal is to provide a comfortable, supportive environment where you can feel understood and begin making meaningful changes in your life.
Perhaps you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, relationship stress, or the pressure to have everything figured out. You may be successful in your career but privately struggling with self-doubt, frustration, anger, or a sense of disconnection. Maybe your relationship isn't where you want it to be, your confidence has suffered, or you find yourself repeating patterns that leave you feeling stuck.
A central focus of my practice is helping men navigate challenges they don't always feel comfortable discussing openly. Relationships, intimacy, vulnerability, anger, self-esteem, fatherhood, career pressures, and life transitions can bring up complicated emotions. Many men have learned to push through difficulties rather than explore what's happening beneath the surface. I believe therapy offers an opportunity to better understand these experiences without judgment, develop greater emotional awareness, and find healthier ways to respond.
My approach is warm, genuine, collaborative, and practical. I don't believe there's a single formula for meaningful change. Each person brings a unique history, personality, strengths, and challenges into therapy. Together, we explore the experiences, emotions, and relationship patterns that may be keeping you stuck while developing practical tools to help you move forward.
I also work closely with couples who want to improve communication, understand recurring conflicts, rebuild trust, and strengthen their emotional connection. By exploring attachment styles and the patterns that develop between partners, we can better understand what's happening beneath disagreements and begin creating healthier ways of relating to one another.
I'm also the author of Grounded Openness, a book exploring attachment, relationships, and how men can become more emotionally available without losing their sense of self. These ideas reflect an important part of my work: helping people better understand themselves so they can build stronger, more authentic relationships.
Through my practice, Complete Game Plan, I offer individual psychotherapy, men's counseling, couples counseling, and a men's support group in West Los Angeles, serving Century City, Beverly Hills, Westwood, Santa Monica, and surrounding communities. I also provide online therapy throughout California.
Ultimately, therapy isn't about someone telling you who you should become. It's about gaining a clearer understanding of yourself, building on your strengths, and developing the confidence to create a life and relationships that feel more meaningful and fulfilling.
Taking the first step toward therapy isn't always easy, and finding the right therapist matters. I invite you to explore my profile and website, and if you have questions or would like to see whether we're a good fit, I welcome you to reach out for a complimentary 10–15 minute introductory call.
