I work with clients who want to move beyond insight into meaningful, lasting change by moving deeper into the healing process with somatic work. Many people understand their patterns, but still feel stuck. When we work with emotions as they are held in the body, new possibilities can emerge. My approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and somatic practices to support emotional regulation, self-understanding, and the release of long-held feelings. Our sessions may include conversation, reflection, and guided somatic practices that help you reconnect with your body and emotions. Together, we’ll build practical tools to settle your nervous system, experience feelings with greater safety, and loosen patterns that no longer serve you, at a pace that feels supportive and manageable. Clients often describe me as warm, grounded, and easy to talk to. I meet you where you are and create a safe space for the difficult things to be shared. Therapy with me is collaborative and personal: I bring clinical experience, presence, and intuition to each session, with the belief that even challenging moments can hold clarity, healing, and growth.
