Admitting that you are struggling takes courage, and reaching out is often the hardest step. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, drinking more than you want to, grieving, or just feeling stuck, no concern is too big or too small to bring into therapy. I have worked as a mental health therapist for six years, and I hold a master's degree in clinical psychology from Columbia University, along with a certification as an alcohol and drug counselor. I see preteens, teens, adults, and older adults for anxiety, depression, mood concerns, substance use, grief, relationship concerns, and career stress. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and work toward the goals that matter to you. I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy, tailored to what fits you. You can expect a nonjudgmental, safe space where you can be honest without worrying about how it sounds. If you are ready for a change, or just not sure where to start, let's figure it out together.
