I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 17 years of experience, specializing in working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, stress, and life transitions. I help clients develop practical coping skills for managing stress, challenging and reframing negative thoughts, building self-esteem, and practicing healthier self-care. I also work with clients on effective communication, relaxation techniques, and strengthening their social support systems. I earned my master's degree in social work from Columbia University in New York. I have worked in mental health clinics, private practice, residential treatment, schools, and assisted living. These experiences have allowed me to work with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and life circumstances. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is fundamental to the change process, and I will provide a supportive and compassionate environment while getting to know you.
