What's My Approach to Therapy?

I specialize in helping clients overcome stress, anxiety, and trauma through a blend of brain-based therapy techniques, evidence-based approaches, and traditional interventions. For a cutting-edge alternative to psychotherapy, I also use neurofeedback training to guide clients in rewiring brain patterns to improve focus, calm, and emotional resilience.

As a HeartMath® certified clinician, I teach powerful breathing techniques that regulate the nervous system and restore mind-body balance. My integrative approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), polyvagal theory, brainspotting, and holistic spirituality to support healing.

Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic anxiety, tools to manage stress, or a deeper connection to yourself, I provide a customized therapy experience that unites neuroscience and holistic practices—helping you feel grounded, empowered, and thriving.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

My practice specializes in working with professionals in the entertainment industry, creatives, and entrepreneurs?people whose work is deeply personal, high-pressure, and often tied to their sense of identity. I understand the unique challenges that come with putting your voice, vision, or performance into the world, including stage fright, performance blocks, burnout, and the constant pressure to achieve. Whether you?re an actor, musician, artist, or business founder, our work together creates space to process stress, manage anxiety, and reconnect with your creative flow. With brain-based tools, neurofeedback, and holistic therapy, we help you regulate your nervous system, build resilience, and approach your craft and career with clarity, confidence, and renewed energy.

My Therapy Focus

My therapy focus is helping people move through stress, anxiety, and trauma with tools that bring both immediate relief and lasting change. My goal is to help you feel calmer, clearer, and more connected to yourself so you can thrive in your daily life.

How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist

My journey to becoming a therapist and anxiety specialist didn?t come easily; it began with my own struggles. I started experiencing stress and anxiety as early as four years old, and by nine, I had my first panic attack. For years, I lived with relentless worry and overwhelming thoughts that often left me feeling stuck and powerless.

When I finally sought help in my late teens, I began to understand what I had been going through all along. That clarity sparked a determination to not only heal myself but to help others break free from the grip of anxiety. In college, I even spent a summer studying the brain and growing rat neurons in a lab, searching for answers at the scientific level. But what I realized was that my true calling wasn?t in a laboratory. My calling was in working directly with people, bringing both science and therapy together to help others find relief, resilience, and freedom.
