Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance is accepted, along with private pay. We are a practice that is focused on supporting clients with wellness, healing, and self-compassion. We currently serve adults through individual counseling sessions. We offer a warm, welcoming, and safe environment to meet you wherever you are in life, providing you with support in finding healing through work on self-discovery, and helping you to deepen the connection you have with yourself. If you are struggling with a negative mindset, anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem, we are here to help. Currently offering both office-based and telehealth sessions.
