What's My Approach to Therapy?
I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, and are seeking something different. Often when we feel conflict, discomfort, or that something feels “off,” it's a sign that growth is underway. Rather than trying to push these experiences away, I help you explore, understand meaning, and work with your feelings as a guide for conscious choice-making.
My approach is grounded in existential and humanistic principles. Together, we co-create a space where you can take ownership of your inner experience. We gently turn toward the parts of yourself you may have been avoiding, face fears with care, and bring awareness to blind spots and inner contradictions. As we explore automatic patterns, we seek to understand what shapes them, building courage and a deeper connection to yourself and to others.
