What's My Approach to Therapy?
I work with adults who feel stuck despite wanting something different. I believe that when we feel conflict, discomfort, or that something feels “off,” it is often a sign that growth is underway. Rather than trying to push these feelings away, I help you explore them, understand their meaning, and work with them as a guide for conscious choice.
My approach is grounded in existential and humanistic principles. Together, we co-create a space where you can take ownership of your inner experience. We gently turn toward the parts of yourself you may have been avoiding, face fears with care, and bring awareness to blind spots and inner contradictions. As we explore the patterns that have become automatic, we seek to understand the forces shaping them, fostering awareness, courage, and a deeper sense of connection to yourself, and to others.
