Hello Everyone! My name is Victoria Omolayo, and I am a Certified Mental Health First Aider, as well as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). The mind includes our thoughts, feelings, and actions, while the body represents how those, coupled with lifestyle and nutrition routines, manifest physically. While our spiritual experience can differ widely, it is, at its root, the connection we experience to the world we live in. This can include, but is not limited to, our personal and intimate relationships with other humans, with nature and the earth we live on, with the food we eat, with the values we set, the routines we engage in to fulfill those values, andor with a religious deity.
