I'm a Chicago-based clinician working with clients in-person and online that are navigating a wide range of life stages and emotional needs, including anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive challenges (OCD), relationship stress, grief, loss, and significant life transitions. I understand these experiences as shaped by personal history, as well as broader social, cultural, and systemic forces. I am dedicated to building trusting, respectful, and open relationships where clients can feel safe exploring what they are going through and working toward meaningful goals together. My approach is warm and collaborative, and I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, such as Exposure and Response Therapy (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My focus is on building a strong therapeutic relationship as the foundation for meaningful growth and change, and tailoring care to each client’s needs and preferences so therapy stays responsive and aligned with what matters most to them. Outside of therapy, I enjoy doing puzzles and crosswords, knitting, reading, cooking, and spending time outdoors.
