You may be someone who appears to have it together on the outside, yet privately feels anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted by the same painful patterns showing up again and again. Perhaps you find yourself taking care of everyone else’s needs while struggling to recognize your own. Maybe relationships feel harder than they should, self-doubt follows you even when you’re successful, or you carry a persistent sense that something is wrong with you despite all the evidence to the contrary. You may understand where these patterns come from and still find yourself unable to change them. Our struggles don’t happen in a vacuum. The ways we relate to ourselves and others are shaped by our earliest experiences, relationships, and adaptations. Many of the strategies that once helped you survive may now be limiting your ability to feel connected, authentic, and fully alive. My role is not to tell you what to do or offer quick fixes. Instead, I help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself with curiosity, compassion, and honesty. Together, we’ll explore the underlying patterns, emotions, and relational experiences that continue to influence your life today. My approach is grounded in attachment theory, psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), AEDP, and trauma-informed care. I pay close attention to the therapeutic relationship itself because lasting change often happens through experiencing a different kind of relationship—one where you don’t have to hide parts of yourself, earn your worth, or navigate things alone. Therapy can help you move beyond simply managing symptoms. It can become a place to heal old wounds, develop greater self-compassion, build more fulfilling relationships, and create a life that feels more aligned with who you truly are.
