Wherever life has planted you, you can grow and prosper. I know what it is like to feel in a rut, stuck, or trapped, and I am here to work with you. You most likely came here looking for emotional and practical support and tools. Together, we can work on your individual wants and needs, life transitions, and social dynamics. I work with adults, teens 15+, and diverse and fluid families. My focus is mainly on the feelings, biology, and situations that make us feel stuck. This can look like stress, anxiety, depression, bipolar 1 and 2, attention-deficit hyperactivity, traumatic incidents, and posttraumatic stress. I approach and consider the client's individual needs, their cultural background, and their influential relationships through an unbiased third-party perspective. I am skilled in motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, emotional freedom technique, Felt Sense Polyvagal Model, and Gottman Method. Growth can be uncomfortable, but together, we can define and work towards your personal goals.
