I help you untangle what’s heavy, learn what’s underneath the patterns that keep repeating, and build tools that actually fit your life. We’ll slow down when things feel overwhelming, ground ourselves when emotions take over, and celebrate growth in ways that feel meaningful to you. I don’t believe in “fixing” people—because you’re not broken. I believe in helping you reconnect with your strength, your voice, and the parts of you that may have gotten lost underneath stress, relationships, trauma, or expectations. Whether we’re navigating anxiety, addiction recovery, life transitions, or the grief and chaos that happens behind closed doors, you don’t have to go through it alone.
