My background includes 25-plus years in therapy, functional nutrition, intuitive eating, and life coaching. What that means in practice is that we talk about real life. We look at what’s going on with food, with your body, and how that’s impacting your ability to live your healthiest life. We build from there, slowly and practically, in a way that makes sense for you specifically.
