We all have the capacity for change. We spend time and energy searching outside of ourselves to support and motivate us to make changes. What we continue to search for is within us not outside of us. Finding confidence, courage and creativity within us begins to transform our lives, and our relationships. Therapy is a tool and a process that facilitates us to make the changes we seek.
