Welcome! I am Dr. Tara Ross-Barksdale. I am a licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia with nearly 11 years of licensed experience working with individuals, couples, and families, but a total of 20 years servicing individuals with mental health challenges. I strongly believe in building trust and rapport with my clients to ensure a space of comfort and safety. Some areas of focus are anxiety, depression, stress, and anger management. As I get to know each client, I actively help them better understand their symptoms and learn ways to improve their lives and relationships with others.
