My goal as a counselor is to empower clients to mindfully change their lives in a positive manner by focusing on recovery and welfare and promoting healthy personal growth. I provide a safe and nurturing environment to meet my clients' individual needs.

I provide a warm, safe, and supportive environment in which my clients can explore the issues and challenges they face.
