In therapy we will identify healthier patterns, improve communication skills, develop new coping tools, and help you reconnect with your true and authentic self. In utilizing the concepts of awareness and acceptance as key agents of change, we will work together on establishing goals and creating an action plan that best fits your needs.

I offer individual and family therapy, as well as teen and parent support groups, with session availability on evenings and weekends. My office is a safe and accepting space, inviting and supporting clients from all identities and communities. I am here to walk the next steps with you whenever you are ready.
