What's My Approach to Therapy?
You may feel an inner pull to explore the roots of your experiences, not just the behaviors that grow from them. I offer a therapeutic space where that exploration becomes possible. Healing unfolds in the context of relationship—to our psyche, our bodies, our histories, and those who shaped us. Together, we examine your emotional landscape, attachment patterns, inner symbols, and unconscious material to help find richer meaning.
I have years of clinical experience with adolescents, young adults, adults, and families across many behavioral health settings. My depth-oriented, insight-driven approach draws on psychodynamic, relational, and Jungian perspectives, integrating existential, transpersonal, structural family, somatic, and attachment-based theories, as well as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing (MI).
Therapy with me is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and encounter the deeper layers of who you are. Whether you are navigating anxiety, your identity, relationship patterns, or a sense of disconnection, our work can help you move toward greater coherence, authenticity, and, most importantly, internal freedom. I believe there is great courage in reaching out!
