In the past 15 years I've worked with people from different backgrounds within various mental health settings in the US and Malaysia. I've been exposed to and trained in effective methods to use in psychotherapy. However, the use of these methods in the work I carry out is based on what each unique individual's needs and circumstances are. That's why my approach to therapy is to work collaboratively with each client to address his/ her specific goals in therapy. I aim to assist individuals in finding relief as well as to empower them to make decisions that will improve their lives.
