Rossa Ridley is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Qualified Mental Health Provider for adults in Virginia. She has over 7 years of experience assisting adults who are seeking help with a variety of mental health issues, adjusting to life transitions, military-related concerns, past incarceration, and relationship issues connected to childhood trauma.

Rossa completed her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from ECPI University, a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling (Mental Health Counseling) from South University, and an advanced Master of Philosophy in Forensic Psychology. She uses collaborative, strength-based, cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, mindfulness-based, and holistic-focused approaches within the therapeutic relationship. Rossa is also a military veteran, which gives her a unique ability to adapt to the changing needs of people seeking help as they navigate the many transitions adults may face in daily life.
