What's My Approach to Therapy?

From the moment we begin, my priority is helping you feel truly seen and safe in your own experience. I know you’ve carried so much on your own for so long, and you might be exhausted from trying to think or talk your way into healing that never quite sticks. In our sessions, I pay close attention to the parts of you that are often overlooked—your body’s cues, your inner protectors, the unmet needs beneath your patterns. I want you to feel the relief of not having to hold everything together, even for a moment.

My approach is experiential and somatic, which means we don’t just talk about what’s happening—we gently explore what’s unfolding inside you in real time. I’ll guide you in noticing sensations, emotions, and intuitive signals that reveal what words alone can’t reach. Whether we use mindfulness, movement, imagery, or grounding practices, our work stays collaborative and attuned. You’ll never be pushed; instead, you’ll be invited into curiosity, clarity, and connection with yourself.

Over time, clients often describe feeling more regulated, more self-aware, and more rooted in their own truth. Together, we’ll build the skills and inner capacity to navigate triggers with compassion, listen to your body with confidence, and shift long-held patterns that once felt immovable. My hope is that through our work, you rediscover your strength, reclaim your inner voice, and begin living from a grounded, authentic place—one that doesn’t just survive but genuinely expands.
