I am a master's-level clinician seeking my LMHC with 1 year of experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I work with clients who may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure where to begin. My approach is warm, grounding, and centered on helping people build clarity, resilience, and a deeper sense of connection both within themselves and in their relationships.

I hold a master's in counseling from Salem State University.
