My Approach to Therapy

***TELEHEALTH AND OFFICE OPEN IN OREGON*** At Sapphire Blue Solutions, we see people in our office in Lake Oswego, Oregon, and virtually throughout the state of Oregon. We use a client-centered, trauma-informed approach. We also use integrated interventions to support your mind, body, and psychological needs, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), family systems therapy, emotionally focused therapy (EFT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), narrative therapy, and more, to support the whole you, not just individual parts.

My Practice & Services

***TELEHEALTH AND OFFICE OPEN IN OREGON*** At Sapphire Blue Solutions, we understand. We have decades of experience supporting people who are struggling with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, and posttraumatic stress (PTSD), grief and loss, life changes, abuse, and more. As we work together, our goal is to walk alongside you, support you, and witness your story. In doing so, we will help you create a new narrative, one of hope and growth.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?

We get it! We've been there, too. Our group of therapists have lived experience and are licensed, skilled, trained, and are able to help you find a new way in life. We work with you to find ways to grow and release the old stuff that won't let go. And, we understand how difficult it can be to trust someone new. That's why we work at your pace and respect your story. We strive to support you the best way we can.
